FELICITATION OF DEPUTY CHIEF COMMISSIONER
Deputy Chief Commissioner of Sri Lanka Scout association was felicitated by our Scouts, at the Bandaranayake International Airport, after coming back to Sri Lanka, having received “Committee Membership” of the World Organization of Scout Movement (WOSM).
