The President of our World Council visited Sri Lanka

The President of WFIS World Council, Mr. Klaus Tegeder visited Sri Lanka from 15th of January to 20th of January to publicise our National Scout Organisation "All Ceylon Scout Movement". He also inspected our scout groups island wide during his 6 days stay in Sri Lanka.
