On the 22nd February of each year, a blood donation camp is organized to coincide with the birthday of Lord Baden Powell, the founder of Scout Movement in the world, patronized by ACHRF – Directress assigned to Colombo District Sri-Lanka, Dr. Shahida Hettiarachchi.
