Appointment as an All-Island Justice of Peace
Under the guidance of our Scout School and appointment by Mr. Ali Sabry of Ministry of Justice, Mr. Kapila Kumara who is an advisor of our Scout School and also a special commissioner of Sri Lanka Scout Association took oaths as an All-Island Justice of Peace, at the Gampaha Courts.
